One Photo Shoot, Five New Revenue Streams with Julien McRoberts

Marketing is the engine that runs your business, and without fuel it won't run. It is the key to reaching clients and selling your brand through many different avenues. Three areas to pay close attention to are:

Are you maximizing the potential of your services and images?
Recently I was hired to photograph a product line. Later I sold those images to five other prospects resulting in additional income, new clients and exposure. There is money sitting in your computer!

Are you managing the key components of your marketing engine?
Maintain a marketing smart website that is targeted to your audience. (Remember that substance outweighs style.) Establish ongoing contact with your current clients and prospects. And be prepared to tell the stories of your images–perhaps how you helped out a recent client. Potential clients want solutions to their needs.

Are you planning?
The saying goes, “If you fail to plan you plan to fail.” Photography is a business like any other and requires a solid foundation. With a strategic plan you gain focus, efficiency and control over your business and finances.
